  I am very pleased with the performance of these tyres. It is excellent in cold conditions. I replaced the standard all-season SUV tyres, and the change is huge in terms of ice grip and handling. The stability of the car is also the better with these tyres. I notice the grip even more compared to my other car with Continental SportContact 5 summer tyres. Both of these family cars have been driven on the same route, and the summer-tyred car would spin in third gear when accelerating. In contrast, the winter-tyred car had no problem at all and is very impressive. I have already purchased an additional set of wheels to make sure I have winter tyres to fit on them whenever I want.

  Winter tyres are built for driving in snow and icy conditions. Their tread design allows the tyre to grab and hold snow giving me the traction I need to drive up steep hills even in deep snow. They are also silent and seem to have no impact on my fuel consumption. I usually remove them when the temperature exceeds 9 degrees so I am unable to comment on their performance in warmer conditions. Just remember, these are winter tyres, not all-season or all-weather tyres.
